Cenospheres arise as light weight filler from a washing process of fly ash from coal fired power plants.
The grain size of cenospheres varies from 0 - 700 µm. Specific grades, f.e. 0 - 100 µm or 100 - 700 µm, can be produced by sieving. It could be used on Cement, Construction Materials and Civil Construction Industry Foundry Industry Oil and Gas Industry Performance Fillers for Plastics, Paper, Paint and Coating Refractory Industry ect .
Refractory material Cenospheres for cementing or drilling
Cenospheres are made of fly ash as raw material, and are selected. They have many characteristics, such as fine particles, hollow, light weight, high strength, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, thermal insulation, insulation and flame retardant.
Cenospheres are extracted from fly ash of the thermal power plants and main chemical composition is aluminium silicate. They're lightweight grey-white hollow microspheres in closed and smooth surface.
